Spicy Vegetable Atchar. Hand selected fresh vegetables, garlic, chilli, herbs and spices sauted in our special blend of roasted Pickle Masala, then marinated in vinegar. A typical South African, Indian pickle, homemade style, just as it should be. All our pickles and sauces are homemade with Love.

South African, Indian Curry Powder, Masala.

Fresh HOT Whole GREEN chillies sauted and infused in our roasted Curry Powder and Pickle Masala. Curried Chilli Pickle a South African, Indian favourite and prepared traditionally with the chillies marinated in the delicious vinegarette sauce, producing a more than noticeable bite, yet still full of flavour. Using very little oil in our preparation we have produced a delicious HOT pickle which is much healthier to eat. All our pickles and sauces are homemade with Love.
